Level I Beginner
For beginning students and those new to Iyengar Yoga. Build strength and flexibility in standing poses, shoulderstand and other fundamental postures.
Level I-II General
For students who have some basic experience with Level 1 poses, including shoulderstand. Refine the basics and learn Sirsasana (headstand).
Level II Intermediate
Focuses on creating depth of understanding in basic poses. Intermediate postures will be introduced, including full-arm-balance and unsupported backbends.
Level III Advanced
For students with confidence. Intensify the basics and learn more challenging poses. Self-practice is highly recommended.
For women who want to improve their physical and mental stability. The menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause ask for adjustments in your practice that are taught to you in this class.
This class is for all ages, for those who want a softer, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Expect some slower flow-kind of yoga sequences, but also supported seated poses and longer holds.
A donation-based class taught by Iyengar Yoga teachers in training. Open to everybody – pay what you can (cash) or use your Unlimited Yoga subscription. Suitable for beginning students.
