All levels class. Three months of yoga experience or after completing our basics course

In this class, the understanding of the basic postures is deepened and more challenging postures are introduced. Think of back extensions, headstand (Sirsasana) and shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) with variations as well as Pranayama (breathing techniques).

In a mixed level group you will learn in a fun and informal way of each other and with each other.
If necessary, postures will be adapted to your skills through the use of props, or by a more or less challenging variation.
