Intermediate class
for yogis with at least one year of yoga experience
Students attending this class are familiar with Sirsasana (Headstand), Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand), and Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose). In addition to deepening the basic postures, more challenging postures are introduced step by step. We will investigate Sirsasana variations, balancing poses and more advanced twists (all kinds of yoga knots).
