In 6 classes you will learn the basic principles of Iyengar Yoga. We work towards the sun salutation (surya namaskarasana) and (sarvangasana) shoulder stand. You will learn how to build strength and flexibility in standing poses, how to approach forward, backward, and lateral extensions, and how to use props to tailor the poses to your own abilities. At the end of each class, you will learn how to rest your body and calm your mind in Savasana.
We offer our 'Basic Course Iyengar Yoga' as a continuous class. This means: after 6 classes, the course starts again immediately.
You can start the course at any time.
You can keep repeating the course for as long as you like.
