6-weeks introduction to Iyengar Yoga. From 16 sept on

In this course you will learn the fundamental yoga poses including an introduction to Sarvangasana (schoulderstand). We will teach you how to build strength and flexibility in standing poses, how to approach basic forward-, backward- and lateral extensions, and how to use props to adapt the poses to your own abilities. At the end of each class you will learn how to rest your body and calm your mind in Savasana.

After completing the course, you will be able to deepen your practice in our basics or all levels classes, depending on your own motivation and/or body condition.
