This class is for anyone with a desire to move and to understand the body in a different way. You will be working with basic movements, such as standing, sitting, laying, jumping, rotating, squatting and more. You will learn how to focus your awareness on different parts of the body. Further, you will deepen your awareness by using repetition as a tool for movement. And then how to implement these movement practices into your daily live. Alexandra's goal is to spark interest towards how you think about the body, open up conversations around this topic, challenge yourself, and last but not least, enjoy!
