Follow-up to our popular Basics Course. Next course start sept/oct

Dates: Thursday or Friday | 6-7:30pm | you can always catch up on a missed class

In this course of 6 classes you will refine the basic poses and you will learn a number of new poses. Step by step you build up Sirsasana (headstand) appropriate to your physical condition. We will also practice the alternative poses for shoulder and headstand. If you want to deepen your knowledge after the Basics Course or if you have been doing yoga for some time, but you like to keep it simple and you need structure, then sign up for this course.
