PARENT CHILD YOGA
A class where your child can discover and develop him or herself in a safe environment and in a playful way. Through yoga and dance movements, balance and coordination exercises, scrambling, climbing and finding stillness, your child gains awareness of the power of its own body. This allows your child to increase his or her self-confidence and become mentally stronger. The child is the central in the class but by doing exercises together, swapping roles, trusting each other, you will also deepen your relationship. The class will be taught in Dutch.
Alexandra (26 years old) has a wonderful feel for children of this age. She teaches in a varied manner set to the individuality of the child. In a playful way, interactive and challenging. She is able to draw on a large reservoir of movement forms: play, dance, Feldenkrais, yoga, natural movement and more. She is a trained dancer and a professional teacher specialized in teaching children.
Maximum group size: 5 parent-and-child couples.
Age child: 6 to 8 years old.
Classes are offered in a series of 6.
