Basic class

For all students who like to practice at a slower pace and for those new to Iyengar Yoga

Basic yoga poses are thoroughly explained and practiced at a slower pace.
We will guide you step by step towards correct alignment in standing poses, basic sitting and supine poses and in shoulder stand. You will gain greater physical awareness, strength and flexibility, and you will learn how to relax and quiet your mind in Savasana.

This class is also beneficial for more advanced students who like to go back to basics and practice at a slower pace.
