We want to set up projects to spread Iyengar yoga. We think of older people who want to exercise more and healthily, of teenagers who spend a lot of the time behind the screen and have homework stress, people with lifestyle-related health problems. As a Foundation, we also want to play a greater role in the neighborhood. We can use your support for these activities. If you have an idea, let us know. We would like to think along with you and use our yoga knowledge and studio.
