Mindfulness: Monday 27/9, Sunday 3/10, 15:30 - 17:00
Yoga works with releasing tension in the muscles and allowing the whole body to rest. This calms the nervous system. You feel relaxed and refreshed as a result. Yoga teacher Olga is happy to let you experience what that is like. The lesson is slowly built up.
Lia Kleijweg of www.todendromindfulness.nl likes to introduce you to Mindfulness. She is a mindfulness trainer and educator. How does attention work, what is stress anyway? You get a brief explanation and a few exercises. In the exercises you experience how your thoughts, feelings and actions affect each other.
