Yoga:  Sunday 26/9, Thursday 30/9, 15:30 - 17:00
Mindfulness: Monday 27/9, Sunday 3/10, 15:30 - 17:00

Yoga works with releasing tension in the muscles and allowing the whole body to rest. This calms the nervous system. You feel relaxed and refreshed as a result. Yoga teacher Olga is happy to let you experience what that is like. The lesson is slowly built up.

Lia Kleijweg of likes to introduce you to Mindfulness. She is a mindfulness trainer and educator. How does attention work, what is stress anyway? You get a brief explanation and a few exercises. In the exercises you experience how your thoughts, feelings and actions affect each other.
