SUMMER WORKSHOP 21 'TWISTS'
Learn from Ilona how to use your arms and legs to twist your spine. Twists detoxify the body, at same time lengthening and strengthening the abdominal and back muscles, especially the small muscles near the vertebrae. Come, twist your body, and improve the health of your back!
Ilona is trained as a dancer and Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for many years. Besides her love for movement and her work as a cook for theatre and music companies, she has a passion for gardening.
The workshop is open to all levels and can be booked using your Eversports credit-card or subscription, as usual.
