In Sutra 2.46, Patanjali writes, "Sthira sukham asanam" - the yoga posture is stable and comfortable. Ilona explains how to put this into practice by simply doing the asanas (postures). In this class, asanas prepare you for pranayama (breathing exercises). Ilona also tells something about the holistic approach of yoga, the nadis and the immune system.

The workshop is open to all levels and can be booked using your Eversports credit-card or subscription, as usual.
