Are you curious to know what it will do for you if you learn to breathe better? These days more and more knowledge is available about what impact our way of breathing has on our health and well-being. Among other things, your breathing affects your posture, sleep, mood and athletic performance.

In this 5-class course, you will be introduced to the scientifically proven technique Oxygen Advantage, which teaches you to breathe better functionally. You will learn how breathing works and the best way to breathe.

Each class consists of a short introduction to the theory, a few simple yoga poses to warm up the body, followed by breathing exercises. You do these exercises while sitting or while moving. You also get a book explaining the theory and techniques. You are encouraged to do a bit of practice at home between the classes. In this way you will become more and more aware of your breathing and master the techniques.

The workshop is suitable for anyone interested in breathing. Experience with yoga is not necessary. After the course you will notice that your breath is easier and you will know what you can do to improve your sleep, focus and sports performance.
