We offer very gentle and relaxing classes. In these classes you will learn step by step a number of supported yoga postures that stimulate the body's own recovery processes. There are several reasons why this could be a good series for you:

- you would like to know more about restorative postures and breathing (pranayama)
- you like to explore more softness in your yoga practice
- you are recovering from Covid 19 and a regular class is too strenuous
- you are tired e.g. after a period of stress and uncertainty
