Restful classes, focusing on relaxation and breath

We offer very gentle and relaxing classes. In these classes you will learn a number of supported yoga postures that stimulate the body's own recovery processes. You will learn to position yourself according to personal needs so that the postures open up space and stillness in the body.There are several reasons why this could be a good series for you:

- you would like to know more about restorative postures and breath (pranayama)
- you like to explore more softness and peace in your yoga practice
- you are recovering from Covid 19 and a regular class is too strenuous
- you are tired e.g. after a period of stress and uncertainty
