Space and Facilities

Our studio is very spacious and bright, overlooking the water of Coolhaven, a 5 minutes walk from Metrostop Coolhaven.

The studio used to be an old garage which we turned into a bright, light and open space. We are equipped with the typical Iyengar Yoga props. We have a rope wall where we can accomodate 15 people at the same time (for rope yoga/yoga karunta). We have boltsters, blankets, blocks, chairs, belts and much more. It gives us the possibility to offer a wide  range of yoga: from very active to completely restoritive.

The space where we practice yoga is in the back and has an introspective atmosphere. On the street we have a cosy sitting area and kitchinette for your tea or coffee. Sitting there, after class, you can enjoy the view over the water, watching the ships pass by.
