XMAS WORKSHOP 'PADMASANA'
For many yoga practitioners, Padmasana (the lotus pose) feels like a calming and grounding anchor point. But how do you get there?
In this workshop, we explore Padmasana in a safe and enjoyable way. Step by step, we discover what your body needs, with various options so you can practice in a way that suits you.
We prepare the hips, legs, knees, ankles, and feet through lying, seated, and standing postures. Then we explore half and full Padmasana: if one leg is already possible, we look at how two legs may become accessible.
For whom? Suitable for all yogis, but less ideal for those with knee issues. If you’re unsure, please consult the teacher beforehand.
