XMAS WORKSHOP 'FLOW TOWARDS FORWARD EXTENSIONS'

In this workshop, we use Ujjayi breathing and sun salutations to create warmth and suppleness. The breath prepares the body from within, while standing poses lengthen the back of the body and stabilize the pelvis. From this foundation, we gradually deepen the forward bends so that the back and hamstrings can relax and open.

In the final part, we move deeper with precision and calm. The body softens, the mind becomes quiet, and space arises for focus and a meditative experience.

For whom? Anyone in good physical condition with a solid understanding of the basic Iyengar Yoga postures can participate.
