Breathing is something that happens, mostly without our paying attention to it. Yet it is good to realize that you can improve the quality of breathing. In this workshop we will experience how yoga can help you. We will use asanas to make breathing as efficient as possible.

Breathing exercises and pranayama help the body and mind to function optimally. And if all goes well, you will experience that this has a positive impact on your mental state.

This edition builds on the elements introduced in the previous workshop BREATH I earlier this year, but having participated is not required. 

Who can participate?
The workshop is suitable for anyone with at least 1 year of experience In Iyengar Yoga.
