XMAS WORKSHOP 2024 'BREATH & ASANA'

With yoga, you make conscious use of breath. It helps you concentrate, regulate your energy and connects body and mind. In this workshop, we will explore this in depth and explain how it works. We will experience this in yoga postures (asana) through breathing exercises and specific yoga breathing techniques (pranayama). You will find that some asanas actually give you more space for the breath and vice versa.

The workshop is suitable for anyone with basic knowledge of Iyengar Yoga. In class we will do both active and restful exercises. The workshop can be booked using your Eversports credit-card or subscription, as usual.
