6 classes introduction to Iyengar Yoga. Every Friday 6-7.30pm. You can start the course at any time.

Basic class

For all students who like to practice at a slower pace and for those new to Iyengar Yoga

All Levels class

Mixed level. Three months of yoga experience or after completing our basics course

Intermediate class

for yogis with at least one year of yoga experience

Yoga B4 Work

Yoga for early birds. Bring your breakfast for after class so you can go straight to work afterwards. We will serve you coffee or tea.
